These terms apply when you use Runwith Games ("this site"), run by Auto Ace LLC (Runwith) ("we"), and the games on it. By using this site you agree to these terms.

The games on this site are free to play. Any data charges from your provider are your own.

• Put heavy load on our servers, access them without authorization, or disturb other players
• Break the law or public order

The code, art, sound and text of the games and this site belong to us or to their rightful owners. You are welcome to share screenshots of the games on social media as part of talking about your play.

4. Games set in real towns

Games set in real Japanese municipalities are games based on public statistics. They are not forecasts and do not judge the real towns, their councils or their people. All characters and parties are fictional.

5. No warranty

We do not promise that the games and this site will always work or be available. Progress is saved in your browser and may be lost depending on your browser or device. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site.

6. Changes and ending the service

We may change the games or this site, or stop offering them, without notice.

When you use other services such as Google Play, their own terms apply.

We may change these terms. If you use this site after a change, you agree to the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Nagoya District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about this site.
